Hunting weapon case with Isofix bracket for LockBoxx
Product design, web design, professional photography.
The company founder and mastermind of Lockboxx, Lars Jansen, was looking for an optimal solution for transporting hunting weapons in the car. The prerequisite for this was safety in the vehicle, in combination with the Isofix system, which is available in almost every vehicle. The Isofix locking arms need flexibility in order to be adapted to any width of any vehicle. Thanks to the ingenious technology and the well thought-out construction plan, we were able to control and accompany the entire process from the idea to the final product in cooperation with the sister company Faisst GmbH.
In addition to the final product design, the entire brand was developed from scratch. The logo was designed, letterheads, advertisements, web design and further development steps in the company formation were completely covered by our team. The founder of the Lockboxx company received an all-round carefree package, including a finalized case and production workshop in one. In the meantime, the case has been registered for a patent and goes through all test steps.
Briefing and design
Our customer's wish was to include the following elements. The Grip surface from Faisst / Das X from the corporate design of the logo and the locking arms that are attached in the Isofix system.
Design of the case shell and visualization of the design
Construction of the locking arms for the Isofix system and prototyping in the form of 3D renderings
Creation of several prototypes to test functionality
In cooperation with the design and production department of Faisst GmbH, the manufacturer of the case.
